Ten2One Foundation is working toward bringing the Ten2One Teens program to the Ottawa, Ontario area.
This next step reflects our commitment to creating positive, community-based pathways for young people through structured mentorship, philosophy-based martial arts, physical wellness and trusted relationships.
The Ottawa program is currently in the development stage. Rather than arriving with a one-size-fits-all model, we want to build it collaboratively with the people and organizations that understand the needs, strengths and opportunities within the local community.
Building the Program Through Collaboration
Henry Chapman is currently reaching out to community partners across the Ottawa area to begin shaping the relationships and local network needed to launch Ten2One Teens successfully.
We are interested in connecting with:
- Schools and youth-serving organizations
- Community and recreation centres
- Police services, first responders and public-safety partners
- Martial arts instructors and physical-wellness professionals
- Organizations supporting youth development, prevention and reintegration
- Mentors, volunteers and potential sponsors
These conversations will help determine how Ten2One Teens can best complement existing services, respond to local priorities and create meaningful opportunities for Ottawa-area youth.
Two Pathways for Stronger Futures
Ten2One Teens now includes two complementary program streams. Team LevelUp provides prevention-focused mentorship and early support for teens navigating critical developmental years. Team Momentum supports youth in custody and young people preparing to transition back into their communities.
Both streams are grounded in the same belief: consistent mentorship, self-mastery and positive community relationships can help young people build confidence, strengthen their choices and redefine their futures.

Join the Ottawa Conversation
If your organization serves young people in Ottawa, supports community safety and wellness, provides mentorship or physical-wellness programming, or is interested in helping sponsor this initiative, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
Together, we can build a collaborative program that meets young people where they are and helps them move forward with confidence, discipline and hope.
