Ten2One Teens

Empowering Teens to Break Cycles and Build Futures

Mentorship with Purpose

Ten2One Teens pairs police officers with youth aged 13–17 in a structured mentorship experience focused on discipline, life skills, and positive community connection.

The program is delivered through two distinct pathways, designed to meet teens where they are and support meaningful forward progress.

1) Level-Up
A mentorship pathway designed for teens living in at-risk communities. Level-Up focuses on early intervention, confidence building, discipline, and life-skills development to help participants stay on a positive path and strengthen their connection to community and opportunity.

2) Momentum
A mentorship pathway designed for teens who have experienced incarceration in the past. Momentum focuses on rebuilding trust, accountability, and forward momentum through structure, reflection, and practical skill-building that supports reintegration and long-term success.

Both pathways share the same core Ten2One values and engagement model, while tailoring support to the lived experiences of each group.
